Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT helpdesk requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve day-to-day IT support issues for staff.
  • Partner with HR and Security on onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Set up and deploy laptops, devices, software, and other hardware.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and tracking hardware assets.
  • Manage MDM systems, including BYOD devices.
  • Maintain and update the firm’s IT asset inventory.
  • Manage and secure endpoint devices under Security team direction.
  • Provide IT training and guidance to staff.
  • Support change management and procurement activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Deep expertise in Linux, macOS, and Windows system administration, including device management, patching, and operational support.
  • Experience with automation workflows, SSO configurations, and scalable onboarding processes.
  • Strong scripting skills with a focus on automation.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-centric environments and cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Experience with traditional on-prem LAN/WAN environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across the firm.
  • Ability to cover Mountain Time or Pacific Time zones.
  • Availability for on-call rotations and after-hours responses as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • IT or Security-related certifications are preferred.
  • Understanding of financial and privacy regulations is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Business acumen to balance stakeholder needs, technology feasibility, and budget constraints is preferred.
