Description

  • Analyze complex business and user behavior problems to identify actionable insights and opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams on analyses and strategic decisions.
  • Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and growth initiatives to improve conversion and retention.
  • Standardize business performance metrics and reporting across teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in analytics infrastructure and recommend technical and strategic solutions.
  • Support product launches and day-to-day business and operational activities with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, finance, or another quantitative field, including financial, product, or user behavior analysis for B2C teams.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and incrementality concepts.
  • Proficiency using SQL to pull and join large datasets.
  • Experience analyzing data with Python, R, or Excel.
  • Experience designing and building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
  • Understanding of building optimized tables and views in data warehouses or data marts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining complex concepts and influencing stakeholders.
  • Subscription revenue, B2C mobile subscription, internet company, startup, or high-growth experience preferred.
  • Experience with dbt, Dataform, Looker, Amplitude, Jira, Confluence, Coda, or GitHub preferred; passion for the outdoors is a plus.
