Description

  • Adapt, version, and localize approved creative across paid social, display, email, in-app, app store, OOH, events, and print.
  • Build and maintain production-ready Figma templates, components, and asset libraries.
  • Create modular paid-ad variations and other assets from approved creative direction and brand systems.
  • Produce quick-turn assets for seasonal promotions, sponsored lists, in-app events, challenges, and partnerships.
  • Maintain file organization, naming conventions, version control, and handoff documentation.
  • Apply standards for layout, typography, hierarchy, visual quality, and brand consistency.
  • Identify workflow improvements using automation, AI-enabled tools, scripting, and creative technology.
  • Coordinate intake, priorities, feedback, and delivery timelines with creative and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in design production, brand design, or creative operations, ideally supporting a global brand.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-volume, on-brand production, including versioning, localization, templates, or design systems.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, and modes.
  • Experience using automation, scripting, AI-enabled tools, or related technologies to improve creative workflows.
  • Familiarity with Celtra, Figma Buzz, Canva, or similar creative automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects or Premiere experience is helpful.
  • Experience managing asset libraries, localization workflows, and production across multiple markets or channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently from defined briefs, make production decisions, and escalate conceptual questions appropriately.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills for coordinating multiple deliverables and feedback.
