Description

  • Manage and deliver full clinical site monitoring services for one or more complex projects.
  • Design and oversee project monitoring services, including training, site and patient recruitment, data/document management, budget tracking, and regulatory filings.
  • Act as Lead CRA and primary liaison between CRAs and the project team.
  • Participate in the development of project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, and other monitoring documents and tools.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and represent the corporation with sites and partners.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to peers.
  • Assist with selection, hiring, training, supervision, and co-monitoring of CRAs as needed.
  • Serve as an escalation point for site and patient issues and sponsor concerns.
  • Lead monitoring services for groups of projects and review/approve monitoring reports when assigned.
  • Support site recruitment, setup, communications, training compliance, and resolution of site-related issues throughout the study lifecycle.

Requirements

  • College diploma or degree.
  • 4-6 years of related experience in clinical research or site monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving positive results.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development.
  • Dutch language skills required for one CRA position supporting Flemish sites in Belgium.
  • Regular travel required.
  • Home-based/remote work arrangement.
  • Experience supporting complex or multinational clinical projects (implied by role scope).

Benefits
