Description

  • Manage the identification, outreach, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality clinical sites into the North America Site Network.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with priority sites and partners through virtual and in-person meetings and conference attendance.
  • Build a deep understanding of the challenges clinical research sites face in gastroenterology and how those challenges affect recruitment and research operations.
  • Maintain and deliver accurate, real-time analytics on Site Network sites.
  • Drive site recruitment across new and existing therapeutic areas and geographies.
  • Develop solutions to build a pipeline of high-potential sites that are new to or naïve to clinical research.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of an Investigator portal to improve communication and onboarding.
  • Support novel patient identification and engagement strategies in partnership with Site Network sites.
  • Build stakeholder engagement and collaboration using change management approaches and strong relationship-building.
  • Develop scalable processes and workflows and support cross-departmental improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and customer value.
  • Support contract negotiations as required.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of related experience in the clinical research industry, such as CRO, sponsor, SMO, or investigative site experience.
  • An honors bachelor's degree, ideally in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing and managing relationships with investigative sites, principal investigators, and site personnel.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site feasibility, study startup, patient recruitment, and ICH-GCP/regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to engage investigators, site personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, strengthen site partnerships, and improve study delivery.
  • Experience in gastroenterology or inflammatory diseases is an asset.
  • Ability to reasonably travel to the nearest airport and travel around 20% of the time.
  • Position is open to applicants based in the contiguous United States or Canada.
