Description

  • Plan, manage, organize, evaluate, and report on the day-to-day delivery of the Clinical Monitoring unit.
  • Develop and improve policies, processes, tools, and quality standards for clinical monitoring operations.
  • Oversee site and compliance monitoring, including issue resolution and adherence to ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support project planning for site selection, periodic site visits, and global project harmonization.
  • Represent clinical monitoring teams with sponsors, researchers, and internal partners throughout the project life cycle.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and help integrate new technologies and processes.
  • Manage staffing, resource planning, training, development, employee engagement, and performance management for clinical monitoring teams.
  • Identify, procure, negotiate, and manage third-party contractor services for clinical monitoring.
  • Monitor contractor and team performance, cost, expenses, and service-level compliance.
  • Provide support for business development and project teams from bidding through sponsor reporting.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in a relevant field, with Health Sciences or Life Sciences preferred.
  • SoCRA and/or ACRP certification/designation preferred.
  • 4–6 years of related experience plus substantial ongoing training.
  • Experience managing CRA staff.
  • Ability to provide training and mentorship to colleagues in one-on-one or group settings.
  • Ability to work in a remote global capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical monitoring regulations and GCP guidelines.
  • Demonstrated leadership, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-service mindset and solution-oriented approach.

Benefits

  • Remote home-based work arrangement.
  • Annual salary of €76,500–€127,500.
  • Bonus eligibility.
