Description

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, documents, materials, and resources for project meetings and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate project committees, sponsor and site meetings, and training activities.
  • Support project invoicing, billing, payment documentation, and internal and external communications.
  • Prepare forms, enter client and project information, and create logs, reports, and scripts.
  • Create and maintain project forms, documents, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and help resolve project issues during audits in line with project requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for project queries, clarifications, and service issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Manage, track, distribute, update, and maintain project materials, tools, equipment, and supplies in accordance with project protocols and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of related work experience with ongoing training, or a one-year College Advanced Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
  • Education in Health or Life Sciences or Clinical Research is preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical research.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to follow quality standards, project guidelines, corporate best practices, and regulatory requirements.
