Description

  • Develop project plans with project leads, pre-construction teams, and stakeholders.
  • Create preliminary project schedules and budgets.
  • Set up projects, including contract reviews, cost codes, purchase order logs, and submittal logs.
  • Manage accurate takeoffs and ensure project information is complete and delivered on time.
  • Monitor job costs and quantities against budgets.
  • Prepare and manage change orders in line with customer expectations.
  • Oversee project startup, execution, and closeout.
  • Maintain accountability for project costs, schedules, cash flow, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Direct project staff, mentor project engineers, and build strong client relationships.
  • Oversee technical submittals, risk management, training, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 6+ years of concrete construction experience, including 2+ years in mission critical facilities; or 8+ years of related concrete construction experience without a degree.
  • 4+ years of project management and estimating experience with a large-scale self-performing general contractor or concrete contractor.
  • Proven experience with self-performed concrete work.
  • Experience with large-scale mission critical, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience with projects exceeding $10 million in value.
  • Background in estimating, bidding, and proposal development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally approximately 50%.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving background check, and ability to pass drug screening; must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
