Description

  • Own core features of the Algolia Dashboard Platform.
  • Build new services for the infrastructure platform to support fast, autonomous deployment across teams.
  • Develop tooling, features, and guidelines that improve developer experience.
  • Collaborate with other developers to support adoption and usage of internal tools.
  • Contribute to the operation and deployment of Dashboard Platform features.
  • Research, explore, and deliver world-class developer experiences.
  • Share knowledge on software engineering, testing, and deployment best practices.
  • Lead projects independently and coordinate changes across projects and teams when needed.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar senior backend or infrastructure-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform on cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with AI coding agents.
  • Strong focus on code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
  • Strong interest in developer experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Experience working at scale in a high-growth environment with 10,000+ customers and $50M-$200M ARR is preferred.
  • Experience with Go and Ruby on Rails is a plus.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

  • Annual base salary range of €67,500 to €94,000 EUR.
