Description

  • Create digital and print assets for email marketing, display ads, animations, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Develop high-quality design concepts and visual solutions that communicate brand messaging and support sales goals.
  • Produce designs that improve user experience and contribute to conversion and opt-in performance.
  • Apply typography, branding, UI, and visual design principles across creative work.
  • Research and incorporate current marketing trends, techniques, and ideas into content creation.
  • Use data and performance metrics to refine designs and improve measurable results.
  • Work with industry-standard design tools to create marketing and e-commerce assets.
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including projects tied to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience.
  • A portfolio is required and must show proven results, including design work that increased conversion rates, opt-ins, or sales.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related design field.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD.
  • Experience creating concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging.
  • Understanding of engaging graphic design, typography, branding, UI, and visual design culture.
  • Marketing-savvy with the ability to research and apply current marketing trends and techniques.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to measure and refine content performance.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing environment.
  • Preferred: experience with Figma and advanced After Effects techniques.
  • Preferred: e-commerce experience, especially creating designs that drive sales on platforms like Amazon.
  • Must submit a resume, cover letter, and portfolio link as part of the application.
