Description

  • Create digital and print assets for email marketing, display ads, animations, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop high-quality design concepts that communicate brand messaging and support conversion goals.
  • Produce visuals that improve user experience and contribute to sales performance.
  • Research and apply current marketing trends, techniques, and ideas to create effective content.
  • Use data and performance metrics to refine designs and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate in a digital marketing environment on design work that supports e-commerce and sales campaigns.
  • Create design solutions using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Contribute branding, typography, UI, and visual design work across marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of graphic design experience.
  • A portfolio is required and must show past work that increased conversion rates and opt-ins.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality concepts and design solutions using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, branding, UI, and visual design.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related design field.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing environment.
  • Experience creating designs that drive e-commerce sales, especially on platforms like Amazon, is preferred.
  • Skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD.
  • Figma experience and advanced After Effects techniques are a plus.
  • Ability to discuss measurable results and quantify related achievements in the application.
