Description

  • Actively source and acquire new B2B clients in segments such as self-service platforms, hosting, ad platforms, salary payment providers, and gaming.
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through handoff to the onboarding team.
  • Present the company’s products, including payment solutions, APIs, and crypto/fiat processing.
  • Work with inbound leads and develop a personal sales pipeline.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to generate opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of sales experience in the crypto industry, including exchanges, PSPs, OTC, payment providers, or similar companies.
  • Understanding of crypto payment infrastructure and market specifics, including wallets, on/off-ramp, AML, and liquidity.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must be located outside Russia.
  • Ability to travel freely within the EU for meetings and conferences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented approach.
