Description

  • Own the SAP platform roadmap across modules and workstreams, coordinating priorities with functional architects and business stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end change request pipeline, including intake, triage, dependency mapping, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business and translate needs into sequenced delivery plans.
  • Facilitate release planning, UAT sign-off, cutover readiness, and go-live coordination across workstreams.
  • Own the SAP BTP layer, including iFlow configuration, certificate management, OAuth/mTLS administration, and incident response.
  • Manage SAP-side configurations for integrations with Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Dynamics 365.
  • Oversee multi-country e-invoicing compliance and coordinate with local finance teams and external vendors.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution across module and middleware teams.
  • Administer SAP platform functions such as user roles, authorizations, transport management, and system configuration.
  • Act as the main commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors, including SOW review, sprint planning, and escalation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration.
  • Exposure to multiple SAP modules rather than deep specialization in one.
  • Experience coordinating multi-workstream SAP delivery programs with functional architects and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response.
  • Experience governing external SAP development vendors, including SOW review, sprint facilitation, acceptance testing, and escalation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, and OneStream at an integration-awareness level.
  • Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments is an advantage.
  • SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA administration, SAP Integration Suite/BTP, Google Cloud/BigQuery, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
