Description

  • Partner with business owners to define the problem space, constraints, priorities, and target end state for the AI Data Platform.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of ML and LLM platform workstreams, from data ingestion and training through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Work with internal teams and end users to understand requirements, design solutions, test hypotheses, and support execution.
  • Write detailed user stories for new features, including business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
  • Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk and allowing for ongoing iteration.
  • Partner with AI researchers to turn proofs of concept into production-ready capabilities.
  • Perform hands-on analysis of user feedback, healthcare records, and validation data to assess model performance.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical leadership on agentic retrieval and context graph solutions.
  • Translate ambiguous product requirements into a technical roadmap and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and/or machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, Jira, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, DevOps, enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure (Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data engineering principles.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with translating ambiguous product requirements into a technical roadmap.
  • Experience working on or leading products for an AI/ML platform team, preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and launching AI/ML platforms, tools, or internal services that enable other product teams, preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle, MLOps, and scalable AI infrastructure, including model training, deployment, monitoring, observability, and reliability, preferred.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering strategies and VLMs, preferred.
  • Experience working as a data scientist or backend engineer, preferred.
  • Familiarity with EHR data, claims, or population health datasets, preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare technology environment, including physician-facing products or clinical datasets, preferred.
