Description

  • Partner with business owners to define a shared vision for the CRM ecosystem and align on priorities, constraints, and the desired end state.
  • Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Aledade’s Salesforce implementation, balancing value delivery and risk.
  • Work closely with CRM engineering, tech, analytics, and other internal partners to translate AI capabilities into scalable platform features.
  • Gather feedback and requirements from strategic business owners, internal teams, and end users.
  • Perform solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams through execution.
  • Write detailed user stories that include business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
  • Monitor key metrics and continuously optimize user workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that support ongoing iteration and business value.
  • Ensure Salesforce platform decisions align with Aledade’s business objectives and internal user experience goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience as a product manager working with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing AI and agentic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end customer lifecycle and operational automation (preferred).
  • Experience working closely with software engineers, designers, and other technical teams.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and architectural diagrams.
