Description

  • Coordinate and streamline team workflows, centralized resources, and day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the VP of Population Health Impact with special projects, data collection, and recurring reporting needs.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, team meetings, retreats, and kick-offs, including logistics and documentation for workgroups.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, tracking, and communication for the team.
  • Apply project management practices to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Facilitate scrum tracking, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery momentum for team workstreams.
  • Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support the design, generation, and implementation of operational reports.
  • Coordinate communication across business development, clinical teams, and centralized support to ensure alignment.
  • Serve as a resource for AI tool utilization and help arrange learning and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Healthcare experience required; understanding of value-based care preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to last-minute tasks and hard deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks reliably.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate roadblocks and propose solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies; PMP or LEAN alignment preferred.
  • Experience in a rapidly changing, matrixed corporate environment preferred.
  • Strong background in healthcare operations, process automation, and workflow standardization preferred.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, Mailchimp, or Zendesk preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and collaborative AI tools.
  • Ability to drive to partner practices; valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and use computers and keyboards extensively.
