Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the field marketing team while implementing performance management and development plans.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive field marketing strategy that aligns campaigns with Aledade’s LUM goals and brand strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing programs and events, including tradeshows, executive dinners, and regional webinars.
  • Ensure continuity and consistency of campaigns, messaging, and events across regions by coordinating with Brand Strategy and Portfolio Marketing teams.
  • Manage and oversee the field marketing budget, allocating resources across regions and priority states and collaborating with financial planners to maximize ROI.
  • Establish key performance indicators, leverage data to measure and report marketing performance, and use insights to improve programs.
  • Collaborate with Network Development, Performance Network, and other cross-functional teams to develop account-based marketing tactics and support sales goals.
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for field activities and travel requirements to support regional execution and presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, preferably with an agency or within healthcare or a health system.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team with demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to create and execute region-specific marketing plans aligned with local KPIs (preferred).
  • Strong communication experience engaging executive-level leaders and healthcare decision-makers (preferred).
  • Proficiency coordinating cross-functional marketing and sales efforts and experience managing Agile projects (preferred).
  • Active understanding of the value-based care landscape and partnerships with independent physicians (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely within the U.S. or be based in the Bethesda, MD office, with willingness to travel by plane and drive within an assigned territory.
  • Must carry a valid driver’s license and be able to sit for prolonged periods, stand/walk for hours, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs (physical requirements).
