Description

  • Serve as the Performance Objective operations lead by partnering across BI, Product/Tech, Field Operations, and Clinical Strategy to identify issues and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of the Performance Objective Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, including strategic agenda-setting and accountability tracking.
  • Monitor organizational progress against key results and identify performance gaps before they become critical risks.
  • Lead complex performance reviews and support high-stakes decision-making with senior leadership.
  • Prepare executive briefings, data summaries, and synthesized performance narratives for the Chief Performance Officer.
  • Translate internal analytics and market trends into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Gather, validate, and organize internal performance data into standardized case studies and evidence-based reports.
  • Maintain a library of performance results and support knowledge management across strategic organizational needs.
  • Benchmark Aledade’s operational results against industry standards and the broader value-based care landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance information is accurate, coordinated, and clearly communicated.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience at a management consulting firm.
  • 2+ years of experience in fund research, equity analysis, or investment banking.
  • Proven experience as a program manager or lead for executive-level steering committees or strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and complex analytical frameworks.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level narratives and presentations (preferred).
  • Experience analyzing market trends to produce competitive benchmarking (preferred).
  • Understanding of Medical Loss Ratio (MLR), Total Cost of Care (TCoC), and risk-adjustment models (preferred).
  • Ability to lead high-stakes meetings with senior clinical, operational, and financial leadership (preferred).
  • Experience managing the end-to-end research lifecycle, including case studies and peer-reviewed articles; PhD or similar academic background highly preferred.
