Description

  • Coordinate and manage enterprise onboarding project workstreams from initiation through go-live.
  • Track milestones, maintain project plans, and proactively identify risks and blockers.
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of product and technical commitments.
  • Serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact for enterprise client stakeholders during implementation.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between client teams and internal Aledade teams.
  • Work with client IT teams to support seamless data exchange and workflow optimization.
  • Develop and maintain implementation best practices, templates, and standard workflows for top-tier EHR systems, especially Epic Ambulatory.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across enterprise implementation operations.
  • Assist with compliance during onboarding, including Certified EHR technology standards and Promoting Interoperability guidelines.
  • Monitor project performance, prepare status updates and reporting outputs, and support post-implementation hand-off to field teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field, or significant relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, focused on implementation or project management.
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level EHR implementations.
  • Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of EHR integration strategies and healthcare industry standards, including FHIR and HL7.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end implementation process for high-value enterprise accounts in a SaaS or professional services environment, ideally in population health or value-based care tools.
  • Knowledge of how to navigate complex corporate structures and identify key decision-makers, influencers, and blockers.
  • Understanding of conflict resolution methodologies and strategies for managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate complex project status, technical requirements, and value propositions to audiences ranging from executives to end users.
  • Skilled at negotiation, influence, expectation management, and adapting communication styles for different enterprise stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Support.
  • Familiarity with deploying third-party insights within EHR environments, ideally EpicCare Ambulatory, and understanding how integrations affect clinical workflows and provider experience.
