Description

  • Assist the Market President/Executive Director with market strategy implementation.
  • Manage practice transformation priorities aligned with ACO strategic plans and practice transformation plans.
  • Lead regular practice calls and visits, and support board meetings as needed.
  • Ensure full implementation of new practice programs and compliance requirements.
  • Manage staff, including training and onboarding new team members.
  • Set goals, review KPIs, and support professional development for Practice Transformation Specialist team members.
  • Prioritize and communicate company strategy clearly and professionally across the team.
  • Provide proactive coaching, staffing support, and performance feedback to direct reports.
  • Identify team opportunities and connect staff with the resources needed to improve performance.
  • Provide feedback and thought leadership to help improve growth, practice happiness, and savings across Aledade.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Kentucky or a surrounding state within a reasonable driving distance.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare, health technology, or information systems-related programs preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
  • 6-8+ years of experience with value-based care concepts, including the triple aim, risk stratification, and accountable care.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic insight.
  • Experience applying healthcare analytical skills to support decision-making.
  • Experience with project management and account management best practices, including planning, scheduling, scope, quality, communication, risk, and stakeholder management (preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel, and willingness to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to use data to drive planning and evaluate success.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within Kentucky markets.
