Description

  • Research, analyze, report on, and help shape Aledade’s EHR workflow efforts, including deployment, adoption, efficacy, impact, and future direction.
  • Support rigorous data analysis that informs decisions on priority transformation initiatives across the company’s portfolio.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Impact Analytics teams on analytics and evaluation work.
  • Build and coordinate project plans, deliverables, and communications across multiple stakeholders for special projects.
  • Support projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations.
  • Serve as a partner to internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams.
  • Contribute to broader transformation efforts within the Office of the CEO.
  • Adopt and master AI tools that help scale impact and reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, or 3+ years of experience plus a relevant graduate degree.
  • Relevant graduate degree such as an MBA, MPH, or MPP is required in the 3+ years experience path and strongly preferred overall.
  • Healthcare strategy or operations consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI as a business user, including tools beyond chatbots such as Claude Code, Cowork, or Codex.
  • Advanced Excel skills are strongly preferred, including Index/Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and working with large, complex, and incomplete data sets.
  • Familiarity with value-based care, population health, and primary care is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
  • Strong organization and project management skills are preferred.
  • Interviews will assess the ability to prioritize independently, solve problems using hypothesis-driven analysis, execute with attention to detail, and work through ambiguity.
