Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities—including cold calling, emailing, and social selling—to generate leads within the primary care sector.
  • Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing fit for Aledade’s value-based care model.
  • Initiate and sustain meaningful conversations with prospects to uncover needs and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM and in outreach.io.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Aledade’s solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Support occasional travel and in-person activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented remote environment and work across US time zones.
  • Comfortable with prolonged computer use and occasional walking/lifting; willing to travel as needed.
  • Experience with CRM systems and outreach.io (preferred).
  • Passion for healthcare and familiarity with value-based care concepts (preferred).

  • $24.00–$28.85 per hour plus monthly commission and equity (compensation varies by qualifications).
