Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of the healthcare equity strategy to improve equitable clinical outcomes.
  • Provide oversight and accountability for operational effectiveness and continuous performance improvement.
  • Use analytics and population-level intelligence to design, test, and scale interventions that reduce disparities in clinical outcomes.
  • Lead clinical innovation by creating and implementing new care models and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Develop equitable care interventions and programs grounded in clinical evidence and research.
  • Create decision-support tools and playbooks for healthcare equity programs.
  • Drive company-wide and market-level healthcare equity performance goals and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage program timelines, deliverables, milestones, and long-range goals.
  • Partner with product, technology, analytics, and other leaders to define metrics, identify gaps, and track outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and drive execution through strategic stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a clinical environment required.
  • Experience in an FQHC, RHC, academic medical center, integrated health system, or community health practice preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading healthcare equity-focused clinical quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Formal training in a clinical field, allied health, public health, epidemiology, health services research, quality improvement, data analytics, or health informatics is highly desired.
  • Lean Six Sigma or program/project management certification preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and transformative interventions backed by data and evidence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to delegate, remove roadblocks, and hold owners accountable.
  • Experience with matrix organizations, business projects, multidisciplinary teams, and strategic change management projects.
