Description

  • Lead and support client software implementations for construction-industry customers.
  • Apply Sage 300 expertise and construction-specific knowledge to guide clients through system configuration.
  • Support clients with financial workflows and reporting needs.
  • Resolve customer questions and track implementation issues through to resolution.
  • Escalate issues according to company guidelines when needed.
  • Follow Aktion's implementation methodology to drive successful client outcomes.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members to support customer satisfaction.
  • Work to ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Sage 300 ERP software.
  • Demonstrated accounting or financial expertise.
  • Construction industry experience is preferred, either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position.
  • Experience as a Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or in an equivalent role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work from home.
  • Midwest location is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20–30%.
