Description

  • Lead and support client software implementations for Sage Intacct ERP projects.
  • Apply Sage Intacct expertise and construction industry knowledge to guide clients through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs.
  • Resolve customer questions and track implementation issues through to resolution.
  • Escalate issues according to company guidelines when needed.
  • Follow Aktion’s implementation methodology to support successful client outcomes.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal team members throughout the implementation process.
  • Work with construction industry clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
  • Demonstrated accounting and financial skills.
  • Prior construction experience in a consulting role or financial leadership role such as Controller, CFO, or Project Accountant is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work from home.
  • Midwest location is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20–30%.
