Description

  • Deliver technical trainings, seminars, presentations, and webinars to increase customer knowledge of Ajax Systems products.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to customers.
  • Promote and present product solutions based on customer needs and technical consultations.
  • Provide technical support to key clients and help address customer questions.
  • Conduct market research and compare Ajax Systems products against competitors.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Test new product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on product and customer initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems, including CCTV, IP surveillance, and intrusion systems.
  • Result-oriented, outgoing, tenacious, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis.
  • Available for regular business trips and customer visits in the assigned area.
