Description

  • Support users of the company’s ERP and WMS systems developed in-house.
  • Process requests submitted through the IT portal.
  • Assist with system configuration and setup.
  • Investigate and identify the root causes of incorrect data.
  • Record and track bugs.
  • Write user instructions and documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of user support standards.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP accounting systems such as 1C, BAS, or WMS.
  • Experience as an advanced user of one of the ERP configurations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues.
  • Ability to write clear, structured instructions.
  • Remote work availability aligned to Vietnam time zone.
  • Willingness to work in the office at one of the company’s locations when working on standard Kyiv time.
  • Experience in a support role for accounting systems is preferred.
