Description

  • Manage CRM leads, including analysis and follow-up.
  • Track and analyze quarterly results in the Partner Portal and follow up on actions needed.
  • Organize distributor events, including invitations, participant lists, feedback, and sales improvement follow-up.
  • Qualify and track leads from Ajax events and follow up with participants.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company solutions.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads from other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, understand needs, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Prepare proposals, sales materials, demonstrations, and presentations, and support sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level) and native French proficiency.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
