Description

  • Manage CRM leads, including analysis and follow-up across the Baltic States.
  • Track and report Partner Portal quarterly results, including analysis and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate distributor events by handling invitations, participant lists, feedback, and sales improvement follow-ups.
  • Qualify and track leads from Ajax events and follow up with event participants.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company solutions.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads from other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, understand needs, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Prepare proposals, sales materials, event demonstrations, presentations, and performance updates for management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in an IT or IoT environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Candidates must be located in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
  • Experience working in B2B sales or business development is an advantage.
