Description

  • Achieve defined sales targets for residential fire and life-safety products in the assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners and customers.
  • Develop, plan, and deliver compelling commercial and technical presentations to engage business partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with fire alarm and life-safety product distribution channels and branded distribution partners.
  • Conduct product and commercial training sessions with partners to increase product knowledge and drive sales.
  • Advocate for inclusion of Ajax Systems products in system specifications and influence purchasing decisions with customers and specifiers.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies and targeted vertical-market approaches for Ajax Systems products.
  • Represent the company at marketing events and exhibitions and provide market feedback to management to inform product and commercial development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the residential fire market.
  • Experience selling in Saudi Arabia and operating from Riyadh (local market knowledge required).
  • Technical competence with fire alarm and life-safety products.
  • Proven track record owning the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at executive levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of modern electronic security technologies and trends (cloud-based solutions, IoT, AI-based analytics).
  • Conversational English and Arabic; submit resume in English for consideration.
