Description

  • Promote Ajax Systems products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end customers in Germany.
  • Identify new business opportunities and arrange meetings with business partners.
  • Plan and prepare presentations for business partners and other stakeholder groups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cooperation partners and control centers.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and developments to business partners.
  • Deliver product and trade training together with business partners.
  • Drive the specification of systems that include Ajax Systems products and solutions.
  • Work closely with brand distribution partners to address partner requirements.
  • Support the development of market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.
  • Provide management with feedback on requirements for current and future products and solutions.
  • Create accurate, timely reports using the company CRM system to support own work and management requests.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in electronic security systems, such as intrusion, video, access control, or fire.
  • Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market.
  • Native-level German language proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Results-oriented working style with initiative and ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, including phone and in-person communication.
  • High motivation and the ability to get things done.
  • Professional appearance and reliable, ethical behavior.
