Description

Meet with business stakeholders to understand current operational workflows.
Observe business processes and document how work is performed across departments.
Identify process dependencies, decision points, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and redundancies.
Create detailed workflow maps, process diagrams, SOPs, and step-by-step process guides.
Capture screenshots, system walkthroughs, software usage, user responsibilities, and business rules.
Develop clear documentation and executive summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Facilitate discovery sessions, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Translate business processes into automation requirements and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support future automation and AI initiatives.
Present findings, observations, and recommendations to leadership teams.

Requirements

Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong business communication and comprehension abilities.
Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to learn unfamiliar business processes quickly.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and inefficiencies.
Ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
Experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, project management, customer success, process improvement, or related fields (preferred).
Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients (preferred).
Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation (preferred).
Experience creating SOPs, guides, or operational documentation (preferred).
Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, or business process optimization (preferred).
