Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized.
  • Comfortable using online systems and booking tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or structured environment.
  • Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
  • This is an entry-level role within the travel industry.
  • No prior cruise experience is required.
  • Willingness to learn cruise bookings and client support processes through provided training.
