Description

  • Design and own Airtable’s overarching social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop platform-specific approaches for content priorities, voice, cadence, and channel investment.
  • Build and iterate AI-powered workflows and manage agents that support research, drafting, and performance monitoring.
  • Write platform-native copy and create high-quality social content across formats including copy, video, images, stories, and reels.
  • Own the social content calendar end to end and ensure content is timely, relevant, and on brand.
  • Show up on camera as a representative of Airtable for short-form video, demos, commentary, and thought leadership content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and moderate community conversations.
  • Collaborate with Brand, PMM, Content, Events, Marketing, Creative, agency partners, and performance marketing to support launches, campaigns, live events, and paid social goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics weekly and monthly.
  • Use data, A/B testing, and internal or external insights to refine content and improve performance.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in a fast-paced high-growth B2B or tech environment.
  • Experience building overarching social strategies with differentiated, channel-specific approaches.
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content production skills across formats.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera without requiring a production team.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, and Google Analytics.
  • Deep curiosity about AI and experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Descript in workflow.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on a 12-month contract, starting ASAP.
  • Experience in social media strategy, content creation, or analytics for tech brands is preferred.

  • $100–$120 USD hourly rate for all work locations, including remote.
