Description

  • Own and improve core agreement execution flows to make them intuitive, fast, and reliable.
  • Identify user pain points through research, support insights, and behavioral data, then turn them into clear priorities.
  • Simplify complex tasks through better UX, product patterns, and smart defaults.
  • Identify and apply AI capabilities where they improve clarity, confidence, and completion time.
  • Design compliance-guided product experiences that help users make correct decisions in sensitive contexts.
  • Define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on measurable results.
  • Define and track KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and build continuous learning loops.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features.
  • Collaborate with support, sales, and marketing to drive adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Operate with high ownership and independence across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
  • Strong product craft and UX judgment with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
  • Deep user empathy and a problem-solving approach focused on user needs and outcomes.
  • Experience building and optimizing end-to-end user flows, including onboarding, key task completion, and self-serve experiences.
  • Strong experimentation skills, including designing and executing A/B tests and interpreting results.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, including defining metrics, building dashboards, and using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Good intuition for where AI adds value in user-facing flows and where it does not, including tradeoffs around quality, risk, and trust.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, support, sales, and marketing.
  • Ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
