Description

  • Own an AI-native product end to end, from customer understanding to launch and iteration.
  • Work closely with the AI Labs product leader to translate broad direction into execution.
  • Talk to SMB owners, observe how they work, and identify the problems they actually have.
  • Use existing user data and customer signals to uncover opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Form hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate results objectively.
  • Own key business metrics across activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Turn customer insight and messy inputs into clear, buildable product decisions.
  • Prototype alongside engineers using AI tools and help resolve interface issues directly.
  • Ship new ideas in days, not quarters, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
  • Bring strong energy and ownership that helps the team move fast and stay motivated.

Requirements

  • ~3–5 years of experience building software products and shipping V1s used by real customers.
  • SMB experience is a strong plus.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset focused on the user’s problem rather than the roadmap.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI-native tools with good judgment about their current capabilities and limits.
  • Experience running meaningful experiments and learning from the results.
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to quickly judge what is good or bad.
  • Comfort building rough prototypes instead of defaulting to strategy documents.
  • Fluency in growth and monetization concepts such as funnels, conversion, and pricing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy and accountability.
  • Willingness to complete a real prototype as part of the interview process, typically a few hours of work.
