Description

  • Partner with account managers to implement and onboard new and existing real estate partners.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
  • Run partner onboarding calls to capture requirements and configure property accounts.
  • Analyze onboarding data to identify optimal configurations and potential blockers.
  • Configure property settings in internal systems and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Airtable, and onboarding tools.
  • Oversee peer QA processes to validate implementations and ensure accuracy.
  • Execute regular audits of property inventory, content, and configurations.
  • Manage support queues, including on-call rotations and escalation of complex technical issues.
  • Act as a technical advisor for assigned accounts and respond to partner inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, account management, and supply operations to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor account health and lead or support digital engagement programs such as trainings and webinars.
  • Share customer feedback and contribute to knowledge bases, enablement efforts, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B customer success, implementation, or technical account management experience, preferably in SaaS or real estate.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude with tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, and Airtable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and advocate on their behalf.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience supporting real estate or multifamily operator accounts, preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management systems or real estate technology platforms such as Syndication Tools, Yardi RentCafe, or Entrata ILS Portal, preferred.
  • Experience running webinars, office hours, or other scalable customer engagement programs, preferred.
  • API and integration knowledge, including REST/SOAP, JSON, and tools such as Postman or CURL, preferred.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL queries, and structured data environments, preferred.
  • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity; the role is US remote eligible.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $106,000 to $125,000 USD.
  • Potential eligibility for bonus.

  • US remote eligible with occasional office or offsite attendance as needed.
