Description

  • Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Acquisition and Account Management teams (internal and vendor) across the region.
  • Localize global enablement content, sales pitches, and narratives to reflect regional market needs and cultural dynamics.
  • Design and deliver role-based training programs including mock calls, certifications, playbooks, and launch training for new products or GTM initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Policy, and regional leaders to align enablement with business priorities and collect cross-functional feedback.
  • Drive adoption of enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong) and translate tool insights into actionable coaching and performance improvements.
  • Create structured feedback loops to bring field and vendor insights back to central teams and incorporate those insights into training materials.
  • Track, measure, and report on enablement impact (ramp time, certification outcomes, performance metrics, and revenue impact) and provide timely, actionable insights.
  • Lead or contribute to quality monitoring and calibration efforts for sales teams using call recordings and scorecards to drive consistent performance.

Requirements

  • Experience creating and delivering agile, AI-powered sales enablement content including narratives, sales pitches, talking points, objection handling, and standardized playbooks (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, synthesize performance trends, and use data tools; Excel and Google Sheets required, SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AMER markets and cultural dynamics with demonstrated success adapting global programs for local relevance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence and stakeholder management experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using enablement tools and analytics (e.g., Highspot, Gong) to drive decisions and coaching.
  • Project management experience managing complex operational projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales motions and familiarity with revenue-driving metrics (pipeline, conversion, retention).
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
  • Preferred: experience in Tech, Travel, or Gig/Sharing Economy sectors; familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics; experience launching programs or standing up vendor operations; experience designing and executing quality monitoring programs.

Benefits

  • Base pay range $129,000—$152,000 USD.
  • Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and additional employee benefits.
  • Employee Travel Credits may be provided.
  • US - Remote eligible with occasional in-office or offsite attendance as agreed with manager (must reside in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity).
