Description

  • Lead company-wide OKR performance management through the monthly Strategy Performance Forum.
  • Own the end-to-end cadence for collecting updates, consolidating the company view, and producing executive leadership materials.
  • Lead forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for payment processing costs across annual planning, quarterly guidance, and monthly close.
  • Partner with Payments product and business leaders to build financial cases for new initiatives.
  • Own financial modeling of payment volume and payment-method mix and translate impacts into the company P&L.
  • Build and improve analytical frameworks and reporting that connect payments KPIs to financial outcomes.
  • Compile CFO- and executive-level reporting on payments performance, including monthly reviews and dashboard updates.
  • Provide analytical support for critical business decisions across Payments, Product, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, strategic finance, accounting, or related analytical functions.
  • B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics tools for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Fluency in using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis.
  • Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated, with the ability to own workstreams end to end.
  • Commitment to consistently accurate, high-quality work.
  • Mission-driven, enthusiastic to learn and grow within the SFA organization.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Benefits

  • US - Remote Eligible role.
  • Occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites may be required.
  • Base pay range of $157,000 to $172,000 USD.
  • May be eligible for bonus.
  • May be eligible for equity.
  • May be eligible for benefits.
  • May be eligible for Employee Travel Credits.
