Description

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
  • Oversee the PMO for strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and progress tracking against key metrics.
  • Manage strategic projects from initiation through completion to deliver on-time outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape, and provide regular updates to the strategy team.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Own the design and evolution of the OKR framework.
  • Drive company-wide OKR cycles, including setting, alignment, and tracking.
  • Support and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  • Prepare investor materials, support investor meetings, and maintain an up-to-date pitch deck and data room.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, finance, or engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, ideally in technology or telecommunications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience or exposure to global consumer technology companies preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to manage and mentor a team of high-performing individuals.
  • Must live in the UK or Spain and have valid work authorization for one of these countries.
