Description

  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Submit warranty registrations and rebate documentation.
  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain organized documentation.
  • Maintain accurate digital records.
  • Support office managers with daily operational tasks.

  • Help create and schedule basic social media content.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting service-based businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical companies.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin, or in a similar role.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools and learning new systems.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience handling permits, rebates, or documentation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media tools is preferred.
