Description

  • Own the customer journey from paid sign-up through completion and renewal.
  • Run structured kickoff calls and guide customers through early milestones.
  • Monitor customer progress and intervene on early churn signals before they escalate.
  • Bridge expectations set by Sales with what the delivery team can actually provide.
  • Work within existing onboarding playbooks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage a small portfolio of concurrent accounts with consistency and care.
  • Communicate proactively so customers always know what happens next.
  • Measure and improve customer outcomes during the onboarding period.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing Sales or SDR role.
  • Experience working directly with US or UK customers.
  • Background in online education, SaaS, coaching, agency, or info-product environments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Polished written and verbal English at a native or near-native level.
  • Commercial understanding of what customers purchased and why it matters.
  • Empathy to manage relationships without being passive.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in follow-through.
  • Comfort working in a role measured on customer outcomes on a weekly basis.
  • Willingness to move from a sales-heavy role into a relationship- and outcome-focused seat.
