Description

  • Lead technical discovery and translate customer requirements into Privilege Cloud designs, deployment plans, and delivery estimates.
  • Own technical workstreams from implementation through integration, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and operational handoff.
  • Design and configure PAM capabilities, including safes, accounts, platforms, access controls, credential rotation, reconciliation policies, and privileged-session workflows.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot Privilege Cloud connectors and components, including CPM, PSM, and SSH-based access.
  • Plan and oversee privileged-account onboarding across operating systems, directory services, databases, network devices, and business applications.
  • Lead identity-provider and directory-service integrations, including authentication, user and group mapping, and access-model troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose complex platform and infrastructure issues, coordinate with customer and vendor teams, and drive resolution.
  • Advise customer stakeholders on risks, dependencies, implementation decisions, and technical recommendations.
  • Review deliverables for security, operability, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Coach consultants and contribute to scoping, proposals, project plans, and knowledge assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, systems engineering, cybersecurity, identity, or privileged access management with substantial customer-facing delivery experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on implementation or administration experience with Idira/CyberArk Privilege Cloud or CyberArk PAM.
  • Experience owning PAM implementation workstreams, including privileged-account onboarding, access policies, credential rotation and reconciliation, or session management.
  • Current relevant Idira/CyberArk Privilege Cloud credential or delivery certification, such as CDE-CPC, CPC-SEN, or another vendor-recognized CPC/CDE credential.
  • Ability to lead technical discovery, explain implementation decisions, and manage delivery dependencies independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, networking fundamentals, DNS, firewalls, certificates, and secure connectivity.
  • Experience diagnosing enterprise infrastructure integrations and producing technical designs, runbooks, test plans, and handoff documentation.
  • Strong customer communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, mentoring, and technical-review skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, database credential management, scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or REST APIs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SIEM integrations, secrets management, cloud or hybrid environments, virtualization, security appliances, and solution scoping (preferred).
