Description

  • Lead cyber resilience assessments by reviewing recovery program maturity, recovery technology configurations, cloud implementations, backup processes, network segmentation, and access controls.
  • Write detailed observations and practical recommendations based on risk to client recovery programs.
  • Draft architecture designs for recovery technologies such as Rubrik, Cohesity, and Commvault.
  • Advise clients on isolated recovery environment design principles, including network segmentation, least-privilege access, and time synchronization.
  • Perform technical business impact analysis and infrastructure dependency mapping to support bills of materials.
  • Lead and participate in tabletop exercises and develop cyber recovery plans, procedures, runbooks, and playbooks.
  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops for small to medium-sized engagements.
  • Manage project objectives, requirements gathering, tasks, milestones, dependencies, status, and timelines to support on-time delivery.
  • Lead solution architecture and design discussions for secure, segregated, and resilient technology environments.
  • Create, finalize, and present client deliverables, including presenting findings to executive management.
  • Support business development through client discovery meetings, proposal development, and scoping activities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development and standardization of service offerings.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or Cybersecurity preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of people or project management experience.
  • Three professional and/or technical certifications, including industry-recognized certifications aligned to AHEAD’s Security service portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting on secure architecture and/or solution design in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable addressing groups in virtual or in-person settings.
  • Ability to solve complex, abstract problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen well and connect with different personalities.
