Description

  • Design and establish client change Centers of Excellence, including governance, playbooks, and role definitions.
  • Coach line managers and project teams to lead change independently across ongoing transformations.
  • Develop scalable self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates.
  • Apply Prosci ADKAR to assess readiness, analyze impacts, and create change plans.
  • Define outcome-based metrics and use analytics to measure adoption, behavior change, and business value.
  • Use enterprise AI tools for communications drafting, sentiment analysis, and stakeholder or impact mapping.
  • Own assigned deliverables and workstreams, manage stakeholder communications, and facilitate meetings and presentations.
  • Structure analyses, develop hypotheses, and produce client-ready recommendations with limited supervision.
  • Informally coach Associates and contribute to practice-building content, thought leadership, proposals, and follow-on opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recent Organizational Change Management or enterprise transformation experience and 5–8 years of overall professional experience.
  • Prosci certification is required, with proficiency in the ADKAR methodology.
  • Experience delivering client services in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to build enterprise change capabilities such as Centers of Excellence, playbooks, and manager-led practices.
  • Experience measuring adoption, behavioral change, or business outcomes using data and analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools for communications, sentiment analysis, or stakeholder and impact mapping is preferred.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Working knowledge of project economics, including billing rates, utilization, and margins.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and enterprise AI tools.
  • Ability to travel to client sites approximately 25% of the time.
