Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of AI client engagements from strategy through delivery and value realization.
  • Lead day-to-day steering, issue resolution, prioritization, and executive alignment across engagements.
  • Define AI strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders on use cases, architecture, readiness, funding, and governance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across AI engineering, data, cloud, product, and change management.
  • Establish and operationalize governance frameworks for responsible AI, compliance, security, and risk management.
  • Track KPIs, measure benefits, and ensure programs deliver sustainable adoption and business impact.
  • Contribute to best practices, playbooks, reusable engagement models, and internal mentoring.
  • Represent AHEAD in client forums and industry events while producing thought leadership and reusable assets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise leadership roles focused on AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
  • Strong track record of leading complex engagements with ownership of outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and resolve issues at a senior level.
  • Experience guiding AI or technology programs through strategy, design, and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, enterprise data platforms, and modern architectures.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, governance frameworks, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering and product teams.
  • Experience with AHEAD’s ecosystem, including cloud, data, platform engineering, and AI platforms, is preferred.
  • Published thought leadership in AI or digital transformation is preferred.
  • Certifications in AI governance, program management, or change management are preferred.
  • Experience delivering multi-agent or agentic automation programs is preferred.

  • $280,000 - $325,000 annual on-target earnings, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.
