Description

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to identify opportunities, co-develop business and technical requirements, and translate loosely defined needs into actionable solutions.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI-enabled workflows using Agiloft Screens and PromptLab and embed AI capabilities into operational processes.
  • Tune prompts, evaluate and validate model outputs for reliability and fit against business requirements, and refine AI-driven outputs.
  • Diagnose and resolve workflow, configuration, and integration challenges in production customer environments.
  • Determine when to guide customers versus directly implementing solutions to accelerate outcomes and ownership of delivery.
  • Define activation success criteria and usage metrics for deployments and optimize workflows to increase sustained, repeatable usage and consumption.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to convert initial deployments into habit-forming workflows and act as a technical execution partner within activation strategies.
  • Train customer administrators and superusers, document implementation patterns and best practices, and provide consistent product feedback based on real-world deployments.
  • Contribute to development of repeatable AI activation patterns, playbooks, and scaling opportunities; surface common blockers and inform Product, Enablement, and Professional Services engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with LLM tooling and prompt engineering in applied production environments.
  • API and integration experience in production environments and ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Working knowledge of Python or another commonly used programming language (preferred).
  • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures (preferred).
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms with CRM, ERP, or document management systems (preferred).
  • Experience with workflow or process automation platforms; legal tech and CLM experience are a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries and exposure to change management frameworks are beneficial; experience designing or implementing enterprise integrations is highly valued.
