Description

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to keep milestones on track.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, program owners, and cross-functional teams to define objectives and align priorities.
  • Lead and optimize rhythm of business workstreams by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Use data analysis tools to monitor project performance, identify trends, and present insights for decision-making.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and facilitate issue resolution with stakeholders.
  • Support budget planning and cost-benefit analysis to maintain financial accountability.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports summarizing progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements using Agile or Lean methods.
  • Manage collaboration tools to support communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
  • Residency in Washington State or Texas.
  • Strong presentation skills with persuasive, succinct oral, written, and email communication.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-changing environments.
  • Experience synthesizing ambiguous requests into recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Consulting experience on a Microsoft account is preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus.
