Description

Collaborate with engineering teammates to build and ship high-quality applications and services across the web front-end, API, and data layers.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and users to create rich and engaging user experiences.
Participate in major design decisions and provide meaningful feedback on technical choices.
Build analytics and monitoring/observability systems to understand system behavior and support informed decision-making.
Ensure software quality through automated tests.
Design and build reusable, extensible APIs and solutions.
Work alongside machine learning specialists to develop new features.
Support products that help users optimize forecasting, ordering, inventory management, vendors, and transportation.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, including front-end and API development.
Experience building usable, performant React applications.
Strong understanding of API development and good API design.
Required skills: TypeScript or JavaScript and React.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a highly self-directed manner.
Proven track record of shipping high-quality applications and services.
System-level problem solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling hard problems.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have: Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Databricks, DBT, Terraform/OpenTofu, Azure, pair programming, and test-driven development.
This position is not eligible for company sponsorship.

Salary range in Canada: CAD $136,897 to $205,215.
