Description

  • Oversee end-to-end invoice processing and expense management across 20+ entities and future acquisitions.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of consolidated AP and expense management platforms.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and collection of tax-compliance information.
  • Develop and maintain payment processing schedules for employees and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure transactions are coded accurately across general ledger, location, subsidiary, and department dimensions.
  • Design and implement approval workflows for invoices and expense reports.
  • Oversee corporate credit card administration, including limits, coding, approvals, and spend controls.
  • Drive expense report compliance and supporting documentation requirements.
  • Partner with accounting and finance leadership to support month-end close and AP-related reporting.
  • Develop AP policies, procedures, controls, metrics, and reports, and support audits and acquisition integrations.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AP team across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including at least 2 years in a manager-level role or above.
  • Strong understanding of AP best practices, internal controls, and accounting principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a multi-entity, roll-up, or private equity-backed environment in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Experience in a shared services or high-volume AP environment is a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Guesty software.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present at company-wide meetings or forums.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-service mindset when supporting employees and vendors.
  • Vacation Property Management experience is a plus.
  • Full-time, permanent night shift role aligned with US working hours.
  • Permanently work-from-home.
  • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps.
